#IamforABC - Ab Banenge Change Maker


THE CAMPAIGN PROCESS


#IamforABC campaign though online, the entry point is school children (9th-12th standard only) in Delhi/NCR belonging to both government and private or public schools. The campaign aims to directly reach out to school children of maximum – and randomly chosen – 500 schools in Delhi/NCR. Each child that we reach out to – through the participating schools, will be able to forward the campaign tagline: #IamforABC i.e. AB BANENGE CHANGEMAKER to a maximum of 10 people including their parents. In addition to forwarding the tagline, children can participate in the campaign by sharing their videos, messages, posters and through any other creative work in line with the campaign objective i.e. promoting equality including gender equality. Children can submit their work to their respective schools, and each school can send their best 5 creative work as entries to be uploaded on the campaign portal. Entries from school can be sent until 25 February 2020.

Through the efforts of schools and school children, the campaign hopes to receive an endorsement from minimum half a million people to its tagline: #IamforABC. And we believe, once those endorsing the campaign visit this site, and further spread the campaign message, the www.iam4abc.com portal shall receive more than half a million unique visitors. The portal allows visitors to share their stories of change, especially such stories where the young and the youth have been involved, engaged, influenced and inspired to be the change maker/s.

Besides, the campaign evolves as a knowledge portal through the special contributions of our Campaign Partners (IGSSS and Caritas India), Campaign Trendsetters (viz. Green Fields Public School, Safdarjung Enclave; The Indian School, Sadiq Nagar; K R Mangalam World School, Greater Kailash II and Hope Hall Foundation School, R K Puram), Campaign Promoters (institutions/organisations whose vision-mission are in line with our campaign objectives) and a number of individual “Influencers” who are already making a difference and changing the society to be better, just and equal.
